Why did you choose Huntingdon?

I chose Huntingdon because they provided me with an opportunity to play college basketball and I wanted to go to a small school where I could focus on academics and basketball. I felt like this environment would be the most beneficial for me to grow as a basketball player and as a man. It's great to have a lot of connections with professors and people from the workforce that I'm interested in. I feel like this environment is very unique and I wouldn't get the same experience if I went to a bigger university. There are a lot of opportunities to expand my knowledge and relationships with people after I graduate, so it can be an easier transition to the real world.

What is your favorite place to eat in Montgomery and why?

Moe's Southwest. I go with my teammates all of the time since their food is good and they give out a lot of discounts to college students.

Who is your favorite professor?

Dr. Clark. It was my first time having him as a professor this year and I enjoyed his class. He's also a great person to have a connection with.

What class would you never want to take again?

Economics. It was by far the hardest class I have taken in college.

If you could play a second sport at Huntingdon, what would it be and why?

Tennis, since all of my relatives play tennis. I feel like I would do the same thing as my peers and I also enjoy playing tennis for fun, so it wouldn't be a bad idea to play tennis as a second sport.

What is your favorite or least favorite Coach Goodyear workout?

My favorite workout from Coach Goodyear is the plank series. It really pushes me physically and mentally, since we do it after a regular workout. My least favorite is running the stadium.

What are your plans after Huntingdon?

I have a lot of things on my mind but I would like to be in a workforce that involves basketball. Whether it would be an assistant coach for a college basketball team or a trainer back home to teach young teenagers basketball, I want to be involved in the sport.

How did you end up at Huntingdon? (Recruiting process, Academics, Etc.)

I ended up in Huntingdon College when they first recruited me in a basketball camp that I participated in. I went to a "Be Strong" camp that they had in the summer and we continued to have a conversation about having me come here to play. I'm glad I took the opportunity that they have given me.

How is Huntingdon preparing you for your career?

Huntingdon College has provided me with many CCV events that help me prepare for the real world after graduation. Also, the coaching staff here at Huntingdon pushes me to become a better man everyday and they have helped me since day one, making sure I am fully prepared with all of the challenges and obstacles that I may hit once I graduate.

What is your favorite spot on campus?

My favorite spot on campus is Roland Arena, where I get my daily workouts and practices.
