Bio

Coach Lillian begins her second season as Assistant Women Coach for Huntingdon College.

A native of Greenville, South Carolina, Humphries graduated from Presbyterian College with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and a concentration in Management and was a member of the first D1 women's wrestling team in the nation. She was the first SC female to get an athletic scholarship to wrestle D1 and First NCAA D1 women's wrestling graduate.

Humphries started the Hillcrest Girls Wrestling Club in Simpsonville, SC and had an All-American the first season. Due to not competing because of surgery senior year, she interned for Mark Cody, PC Director of Wrestling, and organized the first PC Women's Wrestling Recruiting Day with the assistant coaches.

Humphries was a 2x NCWWC National Qualifier. In high school at Blue Ridge High School in Greer, SC,  she was the only female on her high school team all 4 years, a 4x Varsity Letter winner, 2x Team Captain, 4x Boys Upperstate Qualifier, SC Girls State Champ, 2018 SC, Senior Female Wrestler of the Year, 3x SC National Team Member, and also played softball and ran cross-country.

Prior to starting wrestling, Humphries had a background in Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
