BJ Brown: Rookie of the Year

MONTGOMERY,Ala.- To conclude the regular season, the CCS has announced that Hawks point guard BJ Brown has been named the conference Rookie of the Year.

BJ is the first Hawk to receive this award since the establishment of the conference.

Making an immediate impact with his impressive performance on the court. The freshman guard made a remarkable debut, achieving three double-doubles and one triple-double in conference play. He ranks fifth in conference scoring, leads in assists, secured the second spot in steals within the conference, and ranks third in the NCAA in total assists in Division III. He is also a six-time CCS Rookie of the Week honoree.

"BJ has come to Huntingdon and made an immediate impact both on and off the court", Athletic Director Eric Levanda shared."This award definitely signals his impact level on the court for the Hawks this season."
