West Alabama graduate, Justin Allison is set to serve his first year as the assistant coach for Huntingdon Men’s Basketball.

A 2023 graduate from the University of West Alabama, Allison was a four-year player for the Division III Tigers after beginning his collegiate career at Spring Hill. 

Serving as a team captain for three years, he led West Alabama to two Gulf South Regular Season Championships and one GSC Tournament Championship in 2023. He averaged 13.5 points per game and led his team in made three pointers with 71 this past season. His efforts earned him two GSC All-Tournament Team awards and a Most Outstanding Player award in the 2023 tournament.

He was a three-time member of the Gulf South Conference Academic Honor Roll, a member of the GSC All-Academic Team, and a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
