Bio

Sollars joins the Hawks in the fall of 2023 after serving as a team manager and coach intern at Ball State for the last two years. During her time at BSU she recruited, reviewed film, planned travel, oversaw academic schedules, planned practices, made game strategies, and led player development for the softball team.

Prior to BSU she coached High School C Division Travel Ball for four years for the Bombshells. Serving as an assistant coach Jen led player development as the hitting/defense skills coach. She was responsible for practice planning, strength and conditioning, and athlete mental and physical health.

Sollars earned her bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in 2023.
