Hawks Compete in Greensboro Duals
Greensboro, NC.-The Huntingdon Wrestling Team competed in the Greensboro Duals against #21-ranked Averett, Bluefield State, Greensboro, and Patrick Henry Community College.
Highlights:
Overall, the team went 3-2, including a 35-15 win over Greensboro.
Jack Haury went 2-1 on the day, with his only loss coming from a wrestler from Averett that is ranked #9 in the heavyweight class in the country.
David Burgess was 3-2, Gavin Strain was 4-1, with his only loss via decision 8-5.
Nick Brashear went 4-1 on the day and Jayson Spencer went 3-1.
