Hawks Compete in Sewanee Indoor Invitational

Sewanee, Tn.-Huntingdon Men's and Women's Track teams competed in the Sewanee Indoor Invitational.

Blake Bailey finished 3rd in the men's 1 mile run with a time of 5:02.62. Jalyn Lewis finished 1st in the men's 400 meters with a time of 54.06 while Charles Anthony and Alex Cole finished 6th and 7th respectively. Taylor Chestnutt finished 6th in the men's 800 meters. Lewis finished 8th in the men's 200 meters. The men's team finished 3rd in 4x400 meter relay

Tanika Smiley finished 6th in the 55 meter run and 6th in the 200 meter run. In the 400 meter final, Rhiannon Sevier finished 3rd, Tanika Smiley finished 4th, and Aleah Vess finished 5th. In the 1 mile run, Kate Smith finished 5th.

The Hawks are back in action at the Jag Opener in Mobile, Alabama on March 4th and 5th.
