Hawks Handle MUW in 3

Montgomery, Ala.-The Huntingdon Volleyball Team defeated Mississippi University for Women 3-0.

The Hawks fought hard in the first set, battling back and forth to win 25-21. Huntingdon took both sets 2 and 3 by a score of 25-17.

Kamea Nash had 11 kills and 9 digs while Audrey Horsely had 15 digs. Nash totalled 12 points for the Hawks offense.

Jessi Hilyer had 5 service aces and Lauren Hinton had 2.

The Hawks are back in action on Saturday, October 16, for a tri-match against Berea and Brevard. Matches are set for 12 PM CST against Berea and 4 PM CST against Brevard.
