Volleyball Ends Season With Loss to Maryville

Maryville, Tenn-The Huntingdon Volleyball Team swept Brevard, 3-0, in Round 1 of the USA South Tournament before falling to Maryville 3-0 in the Quarterfinals.

Vs. Brevard:

The Hawks defeated Brevard, 26-24, 25-19, and 25-19.

Kamea Nash totalled 6 kills, 11 digs, and 4 service aces for 10 total points. Audrey Horsley had 13 digs while Morgan Ilsley had 12 digs, 14 assists, 6 kills, and 2 service aces.

Jordan Hollis had 2 block assists and 6 kills while Ashlen Janowski had 4 block assists, 13 kills, and 15 total points. Jessi Hilyer led the team with 19 assists.

Vs. Maryville:

The Hawks fell to Maryville, 25-14, 25-14, and 25-17.

Jessi Hilyer collected 11 digs and 8 assists while Audrey Horsley led the team with 13 digs. Ashlen Janowski totalled 6 kills and 6 points. Jordan Hollis had 6 kills, 1 service ace, and 7 total points.

Kamea Nash had 6 digs and 3 kills while Morgan Ilsley had 3 kills, 13 digs, and 8 assists.

The Hawks end the season 15-16 overall and 10-6 in conference.
