JACKSON, Miss. – Volleyball drops final match to Millsaps, Izzy Valldeperas earns All-Tournament team.
Hawks all-star, Izzy Valldeperas, was named to the Millsaps All-Tournament team for her performances against the University of Dallas and Millsaps College.
The Hawks combined 24 errors dug a hole throughout the entire contest. Millsaps had 31 total kills while Huntingdon had 21.
The Majors ended the first set 25-8, and the Hawks rallied in the second set holding it between five points, however in the third, Millsaps took back over and won the game.
The Hawks return to action on Saturday at Covenant College to open up conference play with a tri-match against Agnes Scott and Covenant College.
