Men’s basketball loses to Covenant

DUE TO CURRENT COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS, FANS ARE NOT PERMITTED AT HUNTINGDON BASKETBALL GAMES

                                                                             

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon men's basketball team fell behind and never recovered in a 69-53 loss to Covenant on Friday.

The Hawks only trailed 14-10 with 8:14 left in the first half, but the Scots went on a 15-3 run to close the half. Covenant's run continued in the second half as the Scots maintained the momentum.

Damien Madison led Huntingdon with 20 points and Ceaunte Zachery had 10 points. James Little had a team-high eight rebounds and James Harris had a team-high six assists.
