Montgomery, Ala.-Huntingdon Men's Basketball fell to Brevard, 74-72. The Hawks are now 6-10 overall and 0-5 in conference.
Despite 45 points off the bench, the Hawks were unable to make a complete comeback. The Hawks held a lead early in the second half but Brevard recovered the lead at the 16 minute mark and Huntingdon never regained the lead.
The Hawks tied the game at 70 with 1:17 left in the game but a Brevard jump shot and 2 free throws gave the Tornados the lead 74-70 with less than a minute left. The Hawks came within 2 with a Damien Madison layup but could not complete the comeback, falling 74-72.
Damien Madison led the team with 16 points while Sam Page totaled 11 points. Max Gardner had 7 rebounds and 7 assists.
