Three Hawks named GCAA All-Region

NORMAN, Okla. – Three Huntingdon Hawks were among those recognized with the release of the Golf Coaches Association of America's PING All-Region teams.

Senior Drew Mathers, junior Owen Burt and sophomore Carson Whitton were named to the South Region team. All-Region teams were selected for six regions.

This is the second straight season Mathers has been recognized with All-Region honors and the first All-Region recognition for Burt and Whitton.

A total of 11 golfers from the USA South Athletic Conference earned All-Region honors.
