Kettlewell and Dial Earn USA South Weekly Honors

MONTGOMERY,Ala.- Huntingdon men's lacrosse players Gage Kettlewell and Tristan Dial have been named the USA South offensive and defensive player of the week for their performances in a 22-18 win over Centenary.

Being named the offensive player of the week for the second time this season, Kettlewell scored five goals with one assists, one ground balls, one faceoff won, and zero turnovers in the Hawks' lone contest of last week, an 18-12 win over Centenary. 

Winning defensive player of the week for the first time this season, Dial won 13 of 26 faceoffs to go along with six ground balls and three goals scored in the Hawks' lone contest of last week, an 18-12 win over Centenary. 

Kettlewell, Dial, and the Hawks continue play on February 28th at home against Birmingham-Southern. Gametime is scheduled for 6:00 PM CT.
