How it happened

The opening period of play saw very little offensive production from either side. Unable to generate much offensively in the second quarter, Huntingdon's defense began to crack, allowing seven unanswered goals to bring the halftime deficit to 9-0. The Hawks got on the board for the first time at the 13:51 mark in the third quarter with a goal from Gage Kettlewell.Kettlewell would score again at the 9:44 mark, but nonetheless Huntingdon still trailed 16-2 entering the final quarter.
