Hawks Find Their Groove At Brevard
BREVARD, NC.- In a road USA South matchup, Huntingdon men's lacrosse(4-11 overall, 2-5 USA South) defeated the Brevard Tornadoes(2-12 overall, 0-6 USA South) 17-8.

First Quarter

Gage Kettlewell scored his second goal of the game at the 11:03 mark to bring Huntingdon's lead back to 5-3

Two goals from the Tornadoes evened the score with 6:25 remaining in the quarter

The Hawks closed the half with two goals from Gage Kettlewell and Andrew Jbara to take a 7-5 lead into halftime
Third Quarter

Building upon their lead at halftime, Connor Angst scored back-to-back goals to push Huntingdon's lead to 9-5 by the 13:36 mark

Still hot, Gage Kettlewell scored again at the 13:13 mark to extend the lead to 10-5

Brady Moulton capped off a 4-0 Huntingdon run at the 11:55 mark, giving Huntingdon a 11-5 lead

Brevard, still battling, responded with three consecutive goals to cut the deficit to 11-8 by the 2:51 mark

Connor Angst scored his third goal of the quarter with 31 seconds remaining in the quarter, bringing the score to 12-8

Brady Moulton closed the quarter with a goal in the final ten seconds to give Huntingdon a 13-8 lead entering the final quarter
Fourth Quarter

Each team's defense controlled the field for the first four minutes, but Gage Kettlewell broke the ice with his fourth goal of the game at the 8:09 mark to bring the score to 14-8

Brady Moulton followed Kettlewell with a goal at the 4:59 mark, raising Huntingdon's lead to 15-8

The Hawks kept pouring it on, with Kelcey Marston scoring at the 3:46 mark, bringing the score to 16-8

To close the game, Landen Conrad scored his first goal of the game at the 2:05 mark to bring the final score to 17-8
