Men’s tennis beats MUW to open season

DUE TO CURRENT COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS, ONLY HUNTINGDON STUDENTS ARE PERMITTED AT OUTDOOR ATHLETIC EVENTS

 

MONTGOMERY, Ala.  – The Huntingdon men's tennis team opened the season with a 5-4 win over the Mississippi University for Women on Saturday.

Huntingdon won two doubles matches and three of the six singles matches.

In singles, Carson Sands (No. 1), Clint Robinson (No. 2) and John David Bailey (No. 3) earned wins. In doubles, the teams of Sands-Robinson and Bailey-Cameron Reed (No. 2) picked up victories.
