Huntingdon men and women place 4th in USA South West Division Cross Country Championships

PINE LEVEL, Ala. – The Huntingdon men's and women's cross country teams each finished fourth in the USA South West Division Conference Championships on Friday.

The Covenant men and women swept the West Division titles. Covenant won the six-team men's 8K race with 29 points and an average time of 28:32. The Scots won the five-team women's 6K race with 31 points and an average time of 26:05.

The Huntingdon men took fourth with 122 points and an average time of 34:08. The Huntingdon women earned fourth with 106 points and an average time of 33:41

All-Conference Teams: The USA South announced the All-Conference teams and the Sportsmanship teams following the championships.

Mac Brooks and Mary Stanley were each named second-team All-West Division. Taylor Chestnutt was named to the All-Sportsmanship team for the Huntingdon men and Stanley was named for the Huntingdon women.
