Hawks Compete in Southern Regional

ROME, Ga.- For the first time in 4 years, Huntingdon Cross Country competed in the Division III Southern Regional Cross Country Championships.

The Men's team had two competitors, Mac Brooks and Blake Bailey, and the girls team competed with Kate Smith, Michaela Moore, and Breanna Smith. Neither of the two teams had enough members to qualify for a team score. Their individual results are as follows:

Men's 8k

Mac Brooks- 27:12, finished 69th of 170.

Blake Bailey- 29:30, finished 131 of 170.

Women's 6k

Kate Smith- 26:16, finished 107th of 168

Michaela Moore- 27:55, finished 130th of 168

Breanna Smith- 28:37, finished 139th of 168
