#11 Softball Handles Business At Covenant

LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN, GA - The Hawks (24-4 overall, 7-1 CCS) went on the road and swept the Covenant College Scots (3-21 overall,0-8 CCS ) with scores of 21-5 and 10-1. The Hawks started out hot and kept pace in order for them to come out victorious.

Game 1: Huntingdon-21, Covenant-5

Highlights

• Hawks scored first in the top of the inning when Kylie Stephens reached first on an error, which sent Brooke Stefankiewicz home. 1-0

• In the top of the second inning Brooke Stefankiewicz walked, RBI. Kamryn Miller advanced to second. Kate Dinkle advanced to third as Miranda Treadway scored. 2-0

• Kylie Stephens reached base on a fielder's choice, 2 RBI. Brooke Stefankiewicz out at second. Kamryn Miller scored as well as Kate Dinkle. 4-0

• Maddie Grace Hubbard singled through the left side, RBI. Jordan Holman advanced to second. Mandy Cannon advanced to third. Kylie Stephens Scored. 5-0

• Maddie Grace Hubbard advanced to second on a wild pitch as Jordan Holman advanced to third. Jordan Holman Scored 6-0. 

• Nevaeh McIntyre Tripled to right field, 3 RBI. Miranda Treadway, Maddie Grace Hubbard, and Jordan Holman scored. 9-0
