The Hawks took the lead early in the first quarter and never gave it up, taking a 30-17 lead into halftime. Covenant came within 5 points with 1 minute left in the fourth quarter but the Hawks added 5 points on free throws by Alina Shoemake, Ry Whetstone, and Kinstin Davis. Huntingdon held their largest lead of the game, 17 points, at 6:04 of the second quarter.
Kinstin Davis led the team with 14 points and had 3 steals. Ry Whetstone had 13 points and led the team with 9 rebounds.
Huntingdon outrebounded Covenant 45-40 and collected 16 points off of 18 Covenant turnovers. The Hawks also had 22 bench points and 24 points in the paint.
