BUENA VISTA, VA. – The Hawks (4-9 overall, 3-6 USA South) fell on the road to Southern Virginia (10-5 overall, 8-1 USA South) with a final score of 20-0.
Ten first quarter goals from the Knights gave them the early advantage over the Hawks. With starting goalie Elizabeth Todd in the net, she only allowed four goals in the second quarter as Huntingdon headed to halftime down 14-0.
The Hawks were not able to get their offense going with only three shots on goal. The Knights flew in six more goals before the close of the game.
