MARYVILLE, Tenn. – The Huntingdon women's soccer team lost a 1-0 battle with unbeaten Maryville on Friday night in the USA South West Division Tournament.
Huntingdon struggled to find offensive opportunities but was able to hold Maryville scoreless until the final 25 minutes of the game. The Scots scored the deciding goal in the 66th minute.
This was Huntingdon's fifth straight appearance in the USA South Tournament. Huntingdon's senior class helped the Hawks win 29 games in four seasons, the best four-year win total for the program during the NCAA era.
