Huntingdon pushes winning streak to seven matches

MONTGOMERY, Ala.  – The Huntingdon women's tennis team won its seventh straight match and remained unbeaten in conference play with an 8-1 win over LaGrange on Saturday.

The Hawks won all three doubles matches and five singles matches.

In doubles, the teams of Madeline Creel and Marisa LaJone (No. 1), Lucy Burch and Kennedy Harp (No. 2) and Ashley Burke and Emily Fendley (No. 3) each picked up wins.

In singles, Creel (No. 1), Burch (No. 2), Harp (No. 3) and Meredith Head (No. 4) each won in straight sets and LaJone (No. 6) won by default.
