Montgomery, Ala.-Huntingdon Volleyball defeated both Maryville and Wesleyan in a CCS tri-match.
Vs. Maryville:
After falling behind 2-0, the Hawks won three straight sets, 25-18, 25-23, and 15-8.
Morgan Ilsley had 20.5 points with 18 digs, 19 assists, and 21 kills. Kamea Nash had 12 points with 9 kills and 9 digs. Kennedy Chambers had 10.5 points with 8 kills. Jessi Hilyer had 4 points and 18 digs while leading the team with 20 assists. Ashlen Janowski had 6 points with 6 kills. Reece Rhodes had 10 points with 8 kills and 16 digs.
Vs. Wesleyan:
The Hawks won three straight sets, 25-12, 25-14, and 25-12.
Morgan Ilsley had 10.5 points with 10 kills. Both Lindsey Holland and Izzy Valldeperas had 5.5 points. Jessi Hilyer had 12 assists and 7 digs with Peyton Chambers also adding 12 assists.
