Coach Lillian begins her first season as Head Coach and third season on the coaching staff for Huntingdon College.

During the 2023-24 season, the first official competition season for the Hawks. Humphries coached the first year program of 10 ladies to a 2-2 dual meet record, 7 Regional Placers (Top 8), 2 National Qualifiers, and 9 NWCA Scholar All-Americans.  Humphries has doubled the team in size for the 2024-25 season.

Humphries is a native of Greenville, South Carolina, she graduated from Presbyterian College with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and a concentration in Management and was a member of the first Division I women's wrestling team in the nation. She was the first SC female to get an athletic scholarship to wrestle Division I and the first NCAA Division I women's wrestling graduate.

Humphries was a 2x NCWWC National Qualifier for Presbyterian College. Her senior year at PC, due to surgery, Humphries spent the remainder of her college career as a Student Coach and Intern for Coach Mark Cody and Coach Zack Sheaffer.  

During her career at Blue Ridge High School in Greer, SC, Humphries was the only female on her high school team all 4 years, a 4x Varsity Letter winner, 2x Team Captain, 4x Boys Upperstate Qualifier, SC Girls State Champ, 2018 SC Senior Female Wrestler of the Year, 3x SC National Team Member, while also playing softball and running cross-country.

Prior to starting wrestling, Humphries had a background in Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
