Hawks compete in College of Charleston Tournament

MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. – The Huntingdon beach volleyball team fell to Florida Southern and to the College of Charleston on Day 1 of the College of Charleston tournament.

The Hawks lost to Division II Florida Southern 3-2 and fell to Division I College of Charleston 5-0.         

In the Hawks' match with Florida Southern, the No. 3 team of Nichole LeFevre-Addison Genard won in three sets with a score of 18-21, 21-16, 15-10. The No. 5 team of Alexis Creasman-April Reese won 21-15, 21-14. 

 

Records: Huntingdon (1-9), Florida Southern (4-6), Charleston (7-0)

 

Coming Up: The Hawks will close out the College of Charleston Tournament on Sunday against Texas A&M-Kingsville and Carson-Newman.
