Hawks Advance to AVCA Semifinals
TAVARES, Fla. - Hawks Beach Volleyball took on day one of the AVCA Small College Beach Championships today and defeated the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and Stevenson to advance to the semifinals tomorrow.
This morning, the Hawks defeated UMHB and headed to take on Stevenson where they won with their #1 pair!
The Hawks are now competing in the Champions Bracket and will play Berry College out of Mount Berry, Georgia tomorrow morning at 8:00 AM.
Huntingdon and the Vikings matched up earlier this season where Berry defeated the Hawks in a close match, 3-2.
The Championship Match will follow at 11:45 am and the third place match will also be at 11:45 am. On the other side of the bracket sits Hendrix and Stevenson.
