The Hawks Sweep LaGrange At Home

MONTGOMERY,Ala.- In their first home match of the season, Huntingdon Beach Volleyball (1-2 overall) defeated the LaGrange Panthers 5-0, with all three pairs winning their match. Only having three pairs, LaGrange was forced to forfeit their 4th and 5th matches. See below for the pairing matches.

 

  1. #27 Veronica Tikhomirova and #21 Izzy Valldeperas defeated #1 Meredith Orton and #6 Zeatrina Choice 21-8 and 21-16

  2. #11 Ariel Helmick and #12 Ashlen Janowski defeated #3 Alexis Childers and #10 Madelyn Orton 21-19 and 21-14

  3. #18 Lindsey Holland and #31 Caroline Foote defeated #2 Sarah Holmes and #7 Kristin Vaughn 21-6 and 21-10


The Hawks look forward to the first day of Huntingdon Beach Bash #1, where they take on East Texas Baptist and Mary-Hardin Baylor. The first match is set to begin at 8:00 AM CT, with the second following at 3:30 PM CT.
