Game 3 of Huntingdon-Methodist baseball series rained out

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – The final game of the Huntingdon-Methodist baseball series was rained out in the top of the fifth inning on Saturday.

The Hawks held a 3-2 lead entering the fifth inning, but the game could not be completed.

The series ended in a 1-1 tie. The Hawks took the first game of the USA South Athletic Conference doubleheader 10-1 on Friday and lost the second game 6-1.

Huntingdon (21-14, 16-9 USA South) returns to action at home on Friday against Emory at 7 p.m.
