
Hawks Tied For 11th, Advance To Round Three At NCAA Tournament
LAS VEGAS,Nev.- Building off of their 13th place ranking after round 1 yesterday, Huntingdon men's golf has climbed the NCAA DIII Tournament leaderboards and is in a tie for 11th place with Farmingdale State. In round two, the Hawks shot a team score of 293, five strokes over par and two shots higher than their score yesterday. CCS Golfer of the Year Jack Burr led the way for Huntingdon with an individual score of 70(-2), locking him in a tie with Brett Viator for 20th place overall.
By placing within the top 18 teams in the field, Huntingdon has advanced to the third and fourth rounds of the NCAA tournament. See below for the Hawks round two scores.
