
Stephen Baker Named Third Team All-American
NORMAN, Okla. – The Second, Third, and Honorable Mention 2025 Division III PING All-America Teams have been announced by the GCAA. Jack Burr of Huntingdon, Justin Chan of Carnegie Mellon, Eddie Coffren V of Lynchburg, Jonathan McEwen of Washington & Lee, Kevin Mu of Emory, Haden Ruby of Methodist, Daniel Suter of Gettysburg, and Chase Walts of Methodist were previously named to the First Team.
Elias Becker of Sewanee, Aaron Buck of Redlands, Turner Chiles of Sewanee, Brian Hanson of Emory, Will Karkoc of Bethel (MN), Griffin Pohl of Illinois Wesleyan, Aiden Spampinato of Methodist, and Michael Spitzer of Illinois Wesleyan comprised the Second Team.
Third Team honorees included Stephen Baker of Huntingdon, Corbin Barton of LeTourneau, Beau Brewer of Methodist, Watcharakan Chankarn of Greensboro, Jackson Hiller of Oglethorpe, Timothy Kaufman of Washington & Lee, Collin McMahon-Shea of Dickinson, and Caleb Ryan of Methodist.
A total of 26 golfers were named Honorable Mention All-America.
Stephen Baker's selection as a third team all-american comes following his 12th place finish at the NCAA Championships. Finishing the season ranked #21 in the nation and #14 in the region, Baker boasted a scoring average of 71.3 through 28 rounds of play. Additionally, he tacked on a top-three finish at the Collegiate Conference of the South Championships to add on to his already loaded resumé from the 2024-2025 campaign.

About PING
PING designs, manufactures and markets a complete line of golf equipment including metal woods, irons, wedges, putters and golf bags. The family-owned company was founded in 1959 in the garage of the late Karsten Solheim, a mechanical engineer with an extensive background in the aerospace and computer industries. His frustration with his putting inspired him to design his own putter, which created a "pinging" sound when striking a golf ball.
