Conway, Arkansas – The Hawks (2-4) fell on the road to Hendrix college 21-5.
The first period was all Warriors as they shot up with a 6-0 lead on the Hawks. Gage Kettlewell scored in the first few minutes of the second period but again Hendrix outscored Huntingdon on a 7-1 run heading to halftime (13-1).
Trying to regain ground in the third, the Hawks three goals would not be able to cut the deficit any closer. The Hawks were unable to find a rhythm as they shuffled through three goalies who combined for 15 saves.
Hendrix shot 20 more times than the Hawks and Huntingdon turned it over 17 times as they fell in their road matchup.
