MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Huntingdon (5-7 overall, 1-3 USA South) fell to in conference opponent Pfeiffer (11-0 overall, 3-0 USA South) with a final score of 19-5.
Starting Goalie, EJ Umphries held Pfeiffer to two goals in the first quarter as the Hawks struggled to score a goal of their own. A seven goal second quarter for Pfeiffer gave them the momentum heading into halftime as the Hawks Kole Andres and Caden Bacz were able to add one goal each (9-2).
Pfeiffer kicked off the second half with a 7-1 run in the third quarter. The Hawks one goal came from Bacz as he tagged his second of the day. Two more goals from Kelcey Marston and Bacz in the fourth came too late for a Huntingdon comeback.
