MONTGOMERY,Ala.- In their second game of the season, Huntingdon men's lacrosse (0-2 overall) was defeated by the Rhodes Lynx 27-4.
How it happened
First quarter

Rhodes shot out of the gate, scoring their first goal within the first minute of the game

Rhodes remained aggressive on offense, taking a 11-0 lead into the second quarter
Second quarter

The second period began much like the first, with the Lynx putting in a goal within the first minute

The Hawks got on the board at the 12:50 mark with a shot from freshman Landon Conrad off an assist from Caden Bacz

Rhodes responded with 7 consecutive goals, but another strike from Landon Conrad at the 2:51 mark brought the score to 18-2 at halftime
Third quarter

Rhodes offense continued to find success in the third quarter, scoring 6 unanswered goals to hold a 24-2 lead going into the final period
Fourth quarter

Gage Kettlewell responded to 3 early goals from Rhodes to start the period with one of his own, putting the Hawks behind 27-3 with 4 minutes to go

Kettlewell put in another goal with 11 seconds remaining in the game, but Rhodes still ran away with a 27-4 victory.
