MONTGOMERY,Ala.- Huntingdon men's lacrosse (2-3 overall) fell to the Birmingham Southern Panthers (5-0) at home 21-7.

First quarter

The defenses flooded the field to begin the game, with neither team scoring through the first 7 minutes of the game

The Panthers got on the board first with a goal at the 8:50 mark, sparking a 4-0 scoring run over the next 7 minutes

To close the quarter, Gage Kettlewell ended the Panther's run with a goal in the final 40 seconds, but Birmingham Southern scored with 8 seconds left to make the score 5-1 entering the second period
Second quarter

Continuing his stellar season, Gage Kettlewell put in another goal at the 12:55 mark to cut the lead to 5-2

Caden Bacz responded to three Panther goals with his second of the day, ending the scoring for the match. The Panthers walked away with a 21-7 victory.
