Hawks Cruise Past the Owls of Warren Wilson

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Huntingdon Men's Soccer (3-7 overall) defeated Warren Wilson (0-7 overall) in today's non-conference matchup 4-1.

Sebastian Guerrero wasted no time putting the Hawks on the board with an unassisted goal in the first 3 minutes of play.

In the 22^nd minute, A.J. Jonas assisted Tate Reynolds for the 2-0 lead. Starting goalie, Braden Ross shutout the Owls in the first half with one save.

Offensively the Hawks shot 8 more times than the Owls in the first half and headed to halftime up 3-0 with a late goal by J.C. McKnight.

After halftime Varian Carty continued the momentum for the Hawks to score their fourth goal past the Owl goalkeeper in the 55^th minute.

Warren Wilson finally gained an opportunity with a penalty kick that they snuck by Ross before the end of the game.
