Hawks Season Ends at Belhaven

JACKSON, Miss. - Huntingdon Men's Soccer season has concluded in the first round of the Collegiate Conference of the South Tournament with a 2-0 loss to Belhaven University.

To start off the first half, Belhaven held a 5-1 shot lead against the Hawks before they scored their first goal in the 27th minute. After the goal, the Blazer's had four more shots with only one being on goal, resulting in a save for Braden Ross

In the second half, Huntingdon was unable to get any shots on goal as the Belhaven goalkeeper saw no action in the net. The Blazer's squad shot 19 times and found their second goal in the 58th minute. Ross continued to fight for the Hawks defensively with 6 second half saves but the offense was unable to find the net before the 90th minute.

This marks the second year in a row that the Hawks have qualified for the CCS Tournament.
