Huntingdon men’s tennis beats Berry

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon men's tennis team swept doubles and won four singles matches to defeat Berry College 7-2 on Saturday.

The Hawks (9-3) are 5-0 at home this season and have won nine straight home matches dating to March of last season.

Bobby Foroughian, Zac Baldwin, Tyler Creamer and Larry Pritchett each won in singles and doubles against Berry. Foroughian (No. 1), Creamer (No. 3) and Pritchett (No. 4) won their singles matches in straight sets and Baldwin (No. 2) won in three sets.

Foroughian and Baldwin won at No. 1 doubles and Creamer and Pritchett won at No. 2 doubles. Tyler Chaffee and Trey Pirtle won at No. 3 doubles.

Huntingdon travels to the University of Alabama-Huntsville on Sunday for a 2 p.m. match.
