Hawks Take Road Victory At LaGrange

LAGRANGE,Ga.- In a road contest, Huntingdon men's tennis (2-11 overall, 1-3 CCS) defeated the LaGrange Panthers(5-12 overall, 1-5 CCS) 7-2. See below for the full singles and doubles results.

Doubles

• Lane Young and Owen Wheelock defeated Jordan Girisgen and Sam Whitt 8-1
• Zach Cox and Sydney Frazier were defeated by Mike Strydom and Nick Bodin 8-4
• Cameron Reed and Lawson Pearson defeated Kyle Moore and Connor Golden 8-3

Singles

• Lane Young defeated Michael Strydom 7-5 in each set
• Owen Wheelock defeated Kyle Moore in three sets, losing the first 6-3 and winning the next two 6-3 and 10-7
• Nick Bodin defeated Zach Cox 6-3 and 7-5
• Sydney Frazier defeated Jordan Girisgen 6-3 and 6-2
• Cameron Reed defeated Sam Whitt 6-1 and 6-2
• Lawson Pearson defeated Connor Golden 6-2 and 6-0
