Hawks End Season at USA South Conference Championship

Rocky Mount, NC.-The Huntingdon Cross-Country Teams have ended their season at the USA South Conference Championship.

The Men's team finished 8th out of 13 teams while the Women's team finished 12th out of 14 teams.

The Men's team finished with a total time of 2:31:09.59 and the Women's team finished with a total time of 2:35:00.78.

Mac Brooks finished in 19th with a time of 27:29.28, earning 19 points. William Bailey finished 42nd with a time of 28:58.62. Taylor Chestnutt finished 54th with a time of 29:38.90. Ryan Cole and Tyler Shirley finished 83rd and 85th, respectively, earning times of 33:08.62 and 33:15.08. William Curtis finished in 89th with a time of 33:53.12 and Alex Cole finished 91st with a time of 24:07.63.

Kate Smith finished 19th with a time of 25:17.64. Breanna Smith finished in 41st with a time of 27:00.52. Rhiannon Sevier finished 86th with a time of 31:29.90; Aleah Vess finished 99th with a time of 33:48.37. Tanika Smiley finished 108th with a time of 37:24.35.

Mac Brooks and Kate Smith were named to 3rd Team All-Conference with their finishes.

Taylor Chestnutt and Breanna Smith were both named to the All-Sportsmanship Team.
