Four Hawks named WGCA All-American Scholars

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – Huntingdon golfers Debra Ann Burdeshaw, Abigail Cody, Emma Cox and Jasmine Paynter were named All-American Scholars on Monday by the Women's Golf Coaches Association.

The four selections are the most in a season in program history. This is the 10th time in 11 years the women's golf team has produced at least one All-American Scholar. Since 2010, Huntingdon has produced 17 All-American Scholars.

To be eligible for the All-American Scholar team, a student-athlete must have a minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA. The WGCA recognized 1,401 women's collegiate golfers this year.
