Columbus, Miss.-The Huntingdon Women's Soccer Team defeated Mississippi University for Women, 3-0. The Hawks improve to 5-2 after winning 3 of their last 4 games.
Goals by Erin Cembrale, Ashlyn Purvis, and Madison Tryon led the Hawks offense that totalled 14 shots. Tryon collected the assist on Purvis' goal while both Cembrale's, her 3rd of the year, and Tryon's goals were unassisted.
Goalkeeper Paige Rhody secured the complete game shutout, making only 1 necessary save.
