Women's Tennis Sweeps Agnes Scott To Advance To CCS Semi-Finals
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.- Earning the #3 overall seed in the Collegiate Conference of the South tournament following their 8-6(5-2 CCS) record season, Huntingdon Women's Tennis traveled to Chattanooga to face Agnes Scott in the conference tournament quarterfinals.
The Hawks swept the Scotties 4-0, advancing to the semi-finals for a match with the #2 seeded Asbury University Eagles. See below for the full singles and doubles results from today's match.
Doubles
- Lilly Brown and Taji Williams defeated Taylor Hendley and Katherine Cox 6-0
- Natalie Tedesco and Ella Hathcock defeated Jasmine Ziller and Feliz Pearson 6-0
- Angelina Mazza and Dalyce Sanders defeated Leilah Lewinson and Trinavy Le 6-0
Singles
- Lilly Brown defeated Taylor Hendley 6-0 and 3-0
- Taji Williams defeated Leilah Lewinson 6-0 in each set
- Natalie Tedesco's match against Katherine Cox was not finished
- Ella Hathcock defeated Jasmine Ziller 6-2 and 6-3
