Nariah Travis Named CCS Track Rookie Of The Week

ATLANTA, Ga.-  The Collegiate Conference of the South (CCS) has announced its women's track and field weekly honors, released by the league office on Tuesday.

Huntingdon's Nariah Travis has been recognized as the league's first Rookie of the Week of the 2025 season. Travis impressed in her collegiate debut at the Montevallo Falcon Classic, finishing 20th in the 200m dash with a time of 27.34 and placing 13th in the 400m dash at 1:04.38.

Travis and the Hawks return to the track on March 22nd at the Belhaven Invitational.
