Vs. Tuskegee:
The Hawks defeated Tuskegee in three straight sets, 25-14, 25-16, and 25-14.
Morgan Ilsley led the team with 13 points and had 19 assists with 11 kills. Ashlen Janowski had 12 points and 11 kills. Both Kamea Nash and Kennedy Chambers had 7 points.
Vs. Faulkner:
The Hawks were defeated by Faulkner, 3-1. The Hawks lost set one, 25-16, and lost set two, 27-25, but won set three 26-24, before dropping set four 25-20.
Kamea Nash had 15.5 points with 14 kills and 13 digs. Morgan Ilsley had 14 points with 14 kills, 20 digs, and 25 assists. Ashlen Janowski had 14 points with 13 kills and 6 digs. Reece Rhodes had 12 points with 11 kills and 14 digs. Samantha Singleton led the team with 34 digs.
The Hawks travel to Decatur, Georgia, on Saturday, October 15th for a conference tri-match against Agnes Scott and Covenant. Matches are set for 11:00 AM CST and 1:00 PM CST.
