Hawks Dominate Wesleyan and fall in battle to Maryville
Macon, Georgia – The Hawks defeat Wesleyan 3-0 and fall in a close battle to the Scots of Mayville, 2-3. This the Hawks record to 23-8 overall and 9-3 in the conference.
Huntingdon started off hot, winning the first set by 10, 25-15. The Hawks then raged on to the second set, taking the match 25-13 led by #17 Reece Rhodes with 4 kills.
The Scots would push the game to 4 sets with their comeback win of set 3, 25-17.
The Hawks would battle out the 4th set to try and secure the win, but Maryville found a spark to win the set by 2, forcing a 5th.
The 5th set was another close one with the momentum on the Scots side they would win the match 3-2.

Huntingdon swept the Wolves of Wesleyan 3-0 in Macon.
The first set was led by #11 Kamea Nash 5 kills that sparked the Hawks to a 13-point win, 25-12.
Second set claimed no difference as three Hawks had three kills each to fly past the Wolves 25-11.
The Wolves gained some energy to fight back in the third set, but it was not enough to triumph the Hawks with a final score of 25-17.
