Cross Country Takes On The Falcon Classic
MONTEVALLO,Ala.- For their second meet of the season, Huntingdon cross country traveled an hour north to compete in the Falcon Classic, hosted by the University of Montevallo.
For the women's team, sophomore Michaela Moore led the way for the Hawks, finishing 32nd overall and setting a personal record with a 5000m time of 20:53.81. Kate Smith finished just behind, placing 36th overall with a time of 21:02.63, also running a personal record.
As for the men, senior Blake Bailey finished first for the Hawks, placing 79th overall with an 8000m time of 29:55.27. Freshman and former CCS rookie of the week Dalan Bunn crossed the line next for Huntingdon with a time of 31:36.21.
