MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The seventh-ranked Huntingdon men's golf team was one of 41 teams selected on Monday to compete in the 2016 NCAA Division III Men's Golf Championships. The national tournament will be held on May 10-13 at Midvale Country Club and Mendon Golf Club in Rochester, New York.

JOLIET, Ill. – The Huntingdon women's golf team shaved eight strokes off its first-round total and finished tied for seventh in the IWU Spring Blast Invitational on Sunday. The 13th-ranked Lady Hawks shot 311 in the final round and finished with a two-round total of 630.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The final round of the Rhodes Invitational was canceled on Monday due to heavy rain. Rhodes College was the tournament champion with a 301 in the first round and Huntingdon was second with a 315.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Huntingdon women's golf team shot 315 on Sunday in the first round of the Rhodes Invitational. Entering Monday's final round at the Windyke Country Club, the Lady Hawks are second in the eight-team field. Rhodes leads the tournament with a 301. Centre College and the University of Texas-Tyler are tied for third at 319.

HOUSTON – The Huntingdon women's golf team shot 330 in the final round of the Division III National Preview on Tuesday. The Lady Hawks finished sixth in the 13-team field with a two-round total of 667 at Bay Oaks Golf and Country Club. The University of Texas-Tyler won the tournament with a score of 616. New York University was second at 639.

JEKYLL ISLAND, Ga. – The 13th-ranked Huntingdon women's golf team turned in the third best round in program history on Sunday and finished fifth in the Jekyll Island Women's Collegiate Invitational. The Lady Hawks shot 308 in the final round and finished with a three-round total of 941. Seventh-ranked Sewanee shot 303 in the final round and 902 for the tournament. Whitman College was second at 914.

PINE MOUNTAIN, Ga. – Freshman Hallie Rice shot her best collegiate round with a 2-over-par 73 and the Huntingdon women's golf team turned in the second best round in program history on Tuesday. The Lady Hawks shot 307 in the final round of the Callaway Women's Invitational to finish fourth with a two-round total of 633. Rhodes College finished first with a 601, the University of the Cumberlands was second at 618 and the University of South Carolina Beaufort was third at 627.

PINE MOUNTAIN, Ga. – The Huntingdon women's golf team opened the spring season with a 326 on Monday in the first round of the Callaway Women's Invitational. The Lady Hawks are in fourth in the 16-team field entering Tuesday's final round. Rhodes College leads the field at 308, the University of the Cumberlands is second at 317 and the University of South Carolina Beaufort is third at 321.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon men's and women's golf teams are both ranked in the top-13 in Division III with the release of the first national Golfstat rankings of the fall. The men's team enters the poll ranked No. 12 and the women's team is ranked No. 13.
