CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – Huntingdon golfers Abigail Cody, Emma Cox and Jasmine Paynter were named All-American Scholars on Tuesday by the Women’s Golf Coaches Association.

171 Hawks earn USA South Academic All-Conference honors

Huntingdon places 2nd in inaugural USA South Tournament

ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. – The Huntingdon women’s golf team shot 331 on Wednesday to place second in the inaugural USA South Athletic Conference Tournament. Huntingdon finished the tournament with a three-round 977. Second-ranked Methodist won the six-team tournament with a 20-over-par 884. Southern Virginia was third with a 144-over 1008.

ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. – The Huntingdon women’s golf team shot 328 in the second round of the USA South Athletic Conference Tournament on Tuesday. Entering Wednesday’s final round, Huntingdon is second with a 70-over-par 646. Second-ranked Methodist leads the six-team tournament with a 12-over 588. Southern Virginia is third with an 87-over 663.

Burdeshaw and Hawks in 2nd entering second round of USA South Tournament

ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. – Debra Ann Burdeshaw turned in her best collegiate round and the Huntingdon women’s golf team shot its second best round of the season on Monday in the first round of the USA South Athletic Conference Tournament. Burdeshaw shot a 1-over-par 73 in the opening round and the Hawks shot 30-over-par 318. Entering Tuesday’s second round, Burdeshaw is one stroke off the lead and tied for second. As a team, Huntingdon is second in the field of six teams.

Four Hawks named to inaugural USA South All-Conference women’s golf team

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Four Hawks were recognized with the release of the inaugural USA South Athletic Conference women’s golf awards on Friday. Debra Ann Burdeshaw was named first-team All-Conference and Anna Beth Harris, Abigail Cody and Jasmine Paynter were named honorable mention. Paynter was also named to the All-Sportsmanship team

Huntingdon finishes 7th in MCC Intercollegiate

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon women’s golf team turned in its best round of the season with a 29-over-par 317 on Monday in the final round of the Montgomery Country Club Intercollegiate. The Hawks finished seventh with a two-round 643. Methodist won the tournament with a 4-over 580. Carnegie Mellon was second with a 21-over 597.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon women’s golf team shot 326 in the opening round of the Montgomery Country Club Intercollegiate on Sunday. Entering Monday’s final round, the Hawks are seventh. Methodist leads the 10-team tournament with a 6-over-par 294 and Centre College is second with a 9-over 297.

Huntingdon women finish 6th in Golfweek Invitational

HOWEY-IN-THE-HILLS, Fla. – The Huntingdon women’s golf team shot 330 in the final round of the Golfweek DIII Invitational on Sunday. The Hawks finished sixth with a three-round total of 1013. Centre College won the eight-team tournament with a 72-over-par 936. Carnegie Mellon was second at 954.

Huntingdon women finish 10th in Jekyll Island Women’s Collegiate

JEKYLL ISLAND, Ga. – The Huntingdon women’s golf team closed out the Jekyll Island Women’s Collegiate with a 355 in the final round on Sunday. The Hawks finished 10th with a three-round total of 1,020. Methodist University won the 16-team tournament with a three-round total of 925.

JEKYLL ISLAND, Ga. – The Huntingdon women’s golf team shot 331 in the second round of the Jekyll Island Women’s Collegiate on Saturday. Entering Sunday’s final round, the Hawks are 10th with a two-round 665. Methodist leads the 16-team tournament at 33-over-par 609 after two rounds. Centre College is second at 628. Both teams shot 303 on Saturday.
